The Cape Eleuthera Foundation Annual Fund is an unrestricted fund that supports all grantees of the Foundation. The Annual Fund helps us close the gap between the income generated by our grantees and the cost of operating their programs, and gives CEF the flexibility to address the most pressing needs of these organizations.
